1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only for products purchased directly from the Khashai website or official app.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Products damaged due to customer misuse or wear and tear are not eligible for refund.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Final sale or clearance items (if any) marked as non-refundable on the product page.
Products without original tags or packaging.
Personalized or customized products, unless faulty or damaged.
3. How to Request a Refund

4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Khashai is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

6. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges. Please place a new order for the desired product and return the unwanted item as per the refund policy.
7. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos showing the issue.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund after verification, and we will bear the return shipping cost.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by contacting our support team.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible and you must follow the return process after delivery.
